As the name suggests, HVOF coating is a coating method that can burn oxygen and fuel to coat coating materials at high speed. The HVOF coating method using powder realizes dense density with less processing between coating material particles that are fused at high speed. This is a method of spraying/coating the coating material on the base material at a high speed of 1,060m/s.
Due to this, the HVOF coating method, which sprays powder at high speed, has fewer pores between fused coating particles and realizes denser density compared to other methods.
